Reviews, Customer Service Info

Sprint (formerly known as Sprint Nextel) offers mobile phone and mobile internet service, including text messages and voice mail, to individuals and businesses. Call the customer service phone number. Not only Is the customer service awful but the phone service is just as bad. If the merger goes through, Sprint customers who can no longer afford the higher cost of a plan from the merged company might turn to smaller carriers that offer prepaid plans for their wireless needs.

So i waited a couple days and called customer service again. Never improving their network so lots of angry customers. This is largely due to Sprint's not-so-great Network Speed and Data Performance Ratings (77.8 and 87.7, respectively). The phone I ordered was the wrong one so I went to the Sprint store to exchange it for an upgraded Blackberry World Phone.

I have been with Sprint for over six years, and I've rarely had problems with them until now - though I think that's because I never had to talk to anyone in Customer Service before. I'd had my Sprint cell phone and plan since 2001 - six years of relatively problem free operation ( minor billing annoyances aside).

In theory at least, wait times for Sprint customer service should shorten. I was a Sprint customer from 2000 to 2003, but switched to Nextel because I was not satisfied with Sprint's customer service. At Sprint, we help our customers make these connections, allowing them to do more, strive for more and enjoy life to the fullest.

So once again, rather than go through another two days of degradation trying to resolve anything on the phone with "customer service", I drive to the Sprint store. It kept offering unlimited data even as AT&T and Verizon stopped selling it and started trying to claw back old plans, and it still charges such a small premium for unlimited that it might as well be the default option.

After connecting to a call center, perhaps one staffed by reps with foreign accents, one will probably be rushed into a quick and easy "fix" that may, or may not, solve the problem - since many call centers rate a rep's success by how many customers they handle in a set amount of time.

Was told go to store to change my phones over. T-Mobile became the most aggressive competitor because the failure of previous merger plans left it no choice. When I called the customer service line, I was given too many contradicting reasons as to why I was being charged international calling on a internet app.

PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA - This company has the worst customer service people I have ever dealt with. According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index, Sprint's call service satisfaction has dropped 8.2 percent in the first quarter of 2008 compared with 2007.

There two worst things about Sprint were 1.) when they would do a shift change out of no where and I would lose my 6am-3pm shift and change to a 3pm-12am shift & 2.) when they would randomly fire 20-30 people all at one time in front of everyone. Postpaid plans start at $40 per month and run as much as $145 per month for a single line of service.

The Buzans asked for one year paid service for them and Almitra's mother, new phones and — at the suggestion of law enforcement officers they had spoken with — an identify-theft protection plan. If the average person is calling less than once per month and these people are calling 40 or 50 times more, that takes away from customer service,” Sprint spokeswoman Roni Singleton told the Associated Press.

Poor Bad customer service customer service through the phone service carries into the store and customers often give poor ratings on surveys for the specific rep they worked with in the store, instead of rating the customer care poorly and the in store representative high.
